1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from KumoForge. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that purchasing novelty items of this nature is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Novelty Items Only

All products sold by KumoForge are novelty decorative sculptures and art pieces only. No glass stem, bowl, or any functional component is included with any product. KumoForge products are sold strictly for decorative and novelty purposes. They are not designed, manufactured, or sold for any other use.

3. Product Descriptions

Our products are described and sold as: Decorative Novelty Sculptures, Custom 3D Printed Art Pieces, and Novelty Desk Accessories. Any other interpretation of their use is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Geographic Restrictions

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), Indiana (IN), Utah (UT), or Arkansas (AR). We do not ship internationally. Orders placed with a shipping address outside our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Customers in Tennessee, Kansas, Kentucky, Texas, and Georgia are advised to verify local regulations before purchasing.

5. Shipping Policy

Flat rate shipping is $8.99 per order. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $80 or more. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No product name, brand, or category appears on the exterior of any shipment.

6. All Sales Final

Due to the novelty and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess the situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

KumoForge is not liable for any misuse of its products. By purchasing from KumoForge you agree that you are purchasing a novelty decorative item only and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
