Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

All KumoForge products are custom 3D printed to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Custom color and fully custom orders may require up to 5–7 business days of production time before shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 per order (domestic US)
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders of $80.00 or more

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

  • Standard: 5–8 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Discreet Packaging

All KumoForge orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No product name, brand logo, or product category appears on the exterior of any shipment.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.

Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally.

States We Do Not Ship To

Due to varying state regulations regarding novelty items, we do not accept orders from or ship to the following states:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Alabama (AL)
  • Mississippi (MS)
  • Indiana (IN)
  • Utah (UT)
  • Arkansas (AR)

Orders placed with a shipping address in any of the above states will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Customers in Tennessee, Kansas, Kentucky, Texas, and Georgia are advised to verify their local regulations before purchasing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. KumoForge is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
