All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund:
• Email support@kumoforge.shop within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
• We will review your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval

We do not cover damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

WRONG ITEM
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@kumoforge.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
• Change of mind
• Ordered the wrong colorway
• Shipping delays outside our control
• Damage occurring after delivery

All KumoForge products are novelty decorative sculptures. No glass stem or bowl is included. No functional components. Adult novelty items — must be 18 or older to purchase.
