AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years of age or older to access this site or purchase any product. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All products sold by KumoForge are novelty decorative sculptures intended for display and collection purposes only. No glass stem, bowl, or functional component is included with any product. KumoForge makes no claims regarding any other use.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), Indiana (IN), Utah (UT), or Arkansas (AR). We do not ship internationally. Orders placed with a shipping address outside our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded in full.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING
Products are made to order. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout and on product pages. KumoForge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including product designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of KumoForge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KumoForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
