KumoForge — Shipping Policy

MADE TO ORDER
All KumoForge products are made to order in small batches. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — actual delivery may vary based on carrier volume and location.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise noted.

WHERE WE DO NOT SHIP
We do not ship to the following states:
• Alaska (AK)
• Hawaii (HI)
• Alabama (AL)
• Mississippi (MS)
• Indiana (IN)
• Utah (UT)
• Arkansas (AR)

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with a shipping address in any of the above locations will be cancelled and refunded in full.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KumoForge is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your carrier directly.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for instructions.
