Refund Policy
At KumoForge, each piece is printed and hand-finished to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive in good condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a full refund if your item arrives broken or damaged on arrival. To qualify:
- Contact us at KumoForge@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification
You do not need to return the damaged item.
All Sales Final
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage on arrival. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, incorrect color preference, or delayed shipment.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at KumoForge@gmail.com and we will work with you toward a resolution.
